Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Rohan taking Abhimanyu to the hospital. Abhimanyu asks Rohan who gets everyone’s love because he didn’t bring forgiveness. Rohan asks Abhimanyu to drink water. Abhimanyu asks Rohan to give him a sleeping injection. Rohan injects Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu feels dizzy. Rohan leaves the room. Abhimanyu realizes his mistake in his sleep. He regrets being harsh with Akshara. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to forgive him. He wonders how Akshara went ahead. Abhimanyu says he needs help to move forward. He says Manjiri and others tell him to go ahead, but no one tells him how.
Abhimanyu realizes his mistake, and Abhimanyu asks Akshara to forgive him. Abhimanyu says he needs forgiveness to move on with his life. Rohan checks the missed calls of Manjiri and Arohi. Arohi calls him. Rohan says its me, Rohan. Manjiri asks where Abhi is. Rohan says he is here for emergency surgery. Arohi thinks there is no such surgery, Rohan’s misdeed. Rohan says I have to go. On the other hand, Ruhi asks if she doesn’t love me. Manjiri says no, she will have an emergency, she probably loves you the most. Manjiri is worried and thinks that this should not be explained. Rohan comes and leaves the mobile there.

Rohan comes to rescue Abhimanyu. He asks Abhimanyu not to tease himself. Abhimanyu asks Rohan if he is fine. He says how he will face Manjiri and Ruhi as he left the place without meeting them. Abhimanyu asks Rohan if he didn’t hear anything he said.
Fancy Neelima presents stalls. Neelima wants to be fancy, and Akshara falls in love. Akshara donates the sweater gifted by Abhimanyu. Manjiri hugs Abhimanyu and he returns. A fancy soul. Fear of losing Abhi. Abhinav decides to live in the present. Muskan asks Abhinav if he is practicing confessing his love to Akshara. Abhinav and Muskan argue with each other. Muskan tells Abhinav that one day they both will find the love of their life.
Kairav mocks Manish over impressing Swarna with a love card. Manish and Kairav argues with each other. Manish wishes Kairav falls in love with someone who believes in love. Kairav says to Mainsh that he will never fall in love. (The episode ends)
